Before the count there was one Moon in the near orbit of Jol, and it was called Zzoor.

On Zzoor, Jol spoke to the Cogum through his light, and the light was complete. Every truth was visible; every destiny was plain. The Cogum of Zzoor did not deliberate, because there was nothing to deliberate. They lived as Jol intended, and he lived within them.

No record from Zzoor describes a disagreement. Scholars have long debated whether this is because there were none, or because there was no one to record them.
