In 4700 SW, reports began on Essei of people who could not see the Orum clearly. At first it was a few, and then it was more. The Orum were said to be fainter, slower to appear, quicker to go.

Over the next three centuries the fading spread across the Moon. By 5000 SW, no one on Essei could see the Orum at all.

No other Moon reported any change.
